Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Octoposta ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of the social platforms we integrate with.

You retain ownership of the posts, media, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service — for example, delivering your posts to the third-party platforms you connect.

Octoposta publishes to platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky). Each platform has its own terms and rate limits. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or rejected posts on the third-party side.

You agree not to use Octoposta to distribute spam, malware, illegal content, or anything that violates third-party platform rules. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage allowances (posts, AI credits, storage) reset on each billing cycle.

You can delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these Terms. On termination, you lose access to scheduled posts and connected channels, but we will retain backups per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octoposta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from downtime of third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
